Running a restaurant is a coordination problem disguised as a food problem. Every order has to reach the kitchen fast, be paid for in one of several ways and reconcile against the ingredients it used. We built one platform that handles the whole chain.
The point-of-sale terminal and the wall-mounted kitchen display share the same order record, so the till and the kitchen never disagree. Orders flow from confirmed to preparing to served, with payment tracked separately, matching how dine-in service actually works. Cash, card, JazzCash and online payments post to one ledger, and floors, tables and branches are managed with live occupancy.
Underneath the till sits real operational depth: batch-level stock with expiry tracking, recipe-level costing and a twelve-report inventory suite covering waste, reorder, valuation, food cost and gross profit, so owners know exactly what every plate costs.
