About the project

Khalifa Packages manufactures corrugated cartons, a make-to-order business where margin depends on paper consumption, waste and machine yield. Generic ERP products could not model how their factory actually runs, so we built one that does.

The platform follows each order end to end: sales order to production plan, job cards routed through corrugator, slitter, printer, folder-gluer and stitcher, a shop-floor QC gate, and finally dispatch against an invoice. Every job card carries the carton's real construction, including five paper layers with grades and GSM, flute types, take-up factor and planned weight.

Stock movements and posted journal entries can never be edited, only corrected with new entries, giving the business accounting-grade integrity. Eight role-based views, waste analytics by production stage and built-in user guides give owners, supervisors and operators the answers they need from one system.
